First Impressions Team

The First Impressions teams are the frontrunners for making people feel welcome on Sunday mornings. From serving coffee to restocking the restrooms, we aim at helping all guests attending our gatherings on a Sunday morning feel the love and care of Jesus.

What's Expected?

There are a few different areas to serve on the First Impressions team: Greeting, Setup, and Teardown. We ask for a 12-month annual commitment where you'll typically be serving 1-2x a month.

First Impressions Director, Sam Paul will be your report for the team and will provide required training for each position.

  • Greeter @ Door - Setup Coffee & Communion

    The Greeting Team helps create a welcoming environment at our Sunday gatherings. We want guests to feel a sense of reunion when they walk into our front door (especially newcomers, who typically show up early and may feel a little awkward trying to figure out what to do next...).

    This role helps sets up the coffee anf commuion, and is stationed as a greeter at the doors to the main room.

    Call Time: 7:30 AM

  • Greeter @ Info Table - Setup Info Table

    The Greeting Team helps create a welcoming environment at our Sunday gatherings. We want guests to feel a sense of reunion when they walk into our front door (especially newcomers, who typically show up early and may feel a little awkward trying to figure out what to do next...).

    This role helps sets up the info area and is stationed as a near the info area.

    Call Time: 7:30 AM

  • Greeter @ Lobby - Setup Signs & Chairs

    The Greeting Team helps create a welcoming environment at our Sunday gatherings. We want guests to feel a sense of reunion when they walk into our front door (especially newcomers, who typically show up early and may feel a little awkward trying to figure out what to do next...).

    This role helps sets up thhe internal and external singage (including vertical banners and a-frames) and is stationed as a greeter in the downstairs lobby. 

    Call Time: 7:30 AM

  • Teardown Coordinator

    This person helps lead the change in tearing down our equipment and reseting the room after the gathering. 

    Call Time: 11:30 AM
