Anthem Ventura is part a family of churches helping people find their way back to God. The Anthem family of churches is united around shared mission, vision, values, and submission to the Lordship of King Jesus. In our cities, we are working to obey Jesus in helping people find their way back to God.

What's Coming Up
Easter has served as an opportunity for the last few years for us to share the Gospel with people in our community that don’t know Jesus or have disconnected from a Jesus story.
On Sunday, April 12 we will be hosting multiple online gatherings (each showing the same worship/teaching) that will feature the chatroom.
Our dream for Easter is that you would reach out to people in your neighborhood/network inviting them to hear the Gospel and hopefully to begin a relationship with Jesus!
Jesus Changed My Life
Rather than inviting 1 or 2 friends to an Easter Gathering where they hear a pastor preach the Gospel, we are going to encourage and equip you to share a 60-second selfie-video on your various social media platforms where you explain how Jesus has changed your life.
Post your story any time April 6-12 with the tag #JesusChangedMyLife @AnthemVentura, so that when your friends or family click on the hashtag, they will see hundreds of other Christians throughout Ventura who have shared their unique stories, with an invitation to the Easter Sunday gathering on the @AnthemVentura pages.
If you call Anthem Ventura home would you complete this form? Even if you think we might already have all you info, we're covering all our bases, and don't want to miss anyone as we seek to connect and settle into a new normal for the foreseeable future. We are in this together! One submission per adult, please.
Anthem Daily Podcast
How do we engage this cultural moment with the way of Jesus? Listen along to the Anthem Daily podcast for a daily practice, meditation, Scripture, or learning to help us become resilient disciples, who are faithful in the face of cultural coercion, and who live a vibrant life in the Spirit.

Join a Community Group
A Community Group is a place you can be known and loved because the Gospel is real. Not only can you be known and loved by God, but you can be known and loved by your brothers and sisters in Jesus.
If you are not yet in a group, now is a great time to join one and stay connected in community.
Setup Recurring Giving
Jesus is the most generous person who ever lived. He gave his life so that we might live. One of the most practical ways you can help is by remembering to support Anthem Church financially during this time. We encourage you to be an online giver, preferably a monthly recurring giver.
Our team is still working, our local and global partners who rely on our support are still serving and we are actively looking for opportunities to bring practical help to areas of our community that will be impacted (much in the same way we did with the Thomas Fire).

Binge on the Good stuff
Use the extra margin not just to binge on Netflix, but on the good stuff. There are two really awesome resources we want to share with you: Eternity Bible College Online and The Bible Project.
Eternity has made one of their courses "Intro to Discipleship Counseling" free and available to all! It's one of our first year classes, designed to give students a Biblical foundation for discipleship and Gospel care in the church.
The Bible Project is sending weekly emails containing a BibleProject videos, along with some suggested Scripture readings that focus on the ideas explored in the video. You’ll also see some suggested discussion questions for each Scripture reading that could be used for a group conversation or personal reflection.

Giving & Generosity
Giving at anthem
Giving cheerfully and sacrificially is a part of worship at Anthem. We give generously because God has first been generous to us. We dream of becoming a church marked by radical generosity. Ten percent of every dollar goes directly to supporting compassion and church planting work both globally and locally.
With Planning Center you can login at any time to view your giving history, make changes to your account, and update giving information.
