• A Family of Churches

Anthem Ventura is part a family of churches helping people find their way back to God. The Anthem family of churches is united around shared mission, vision, values, and submission to the Lordship of King Jesus. In our cities, we are working to obey Jesus in helping people find their way back to God.

Big Changes to our church communication

For the past 5 years. we've used Slack as a tool for internal communication–direct messages, communication for groups and team, and more. While this has been a really useful tool, we’ve be eager to find a tool that’s more integrated, streamlined, and simpler to use for our church. We’ve found that tool!

And the best part is, it’s a tool you already use – the Anthem app!

There is now a messaging tool inside the Anthem app and over the next few weeks, we’ll be moving all communication for groups, teams, and ministries from Slack to the Anthem app.

You might have already made the move with your Community Group or Sunday Serve Team, but in case you haven’t, here’s how you can get started:

#1 - Check to make sure you have the latest version of our app.

Tip: does the app have a white or gray icon? If it’s gray, you need to head to the app store and do a quick update

#2 - Open the Anthem App, and tap the “hamburger” icon in the top left corner, then tap the top where it says “Login or Sign Up” and create an account.

#3 - Tap the the button in your confirmation email.

That’s it! After you sign up for your account, your team or group leader will add you to their messaging channel.

We’ll be closing out our Slack account by April 1, so be sure to make the move before then!

Giving & Generosity

  • Giving at anthem

Giving cheerfully and sacrificially is a part of worship at Anthem. We give generously because God has first been generous to us. We dream of becoming a church marked by radical generosity. Ten percent of every dollar goes directly to supporting compassion and church planting work both globally and locally.

  • Manage Giving

With Planning Center you can login at any time to view your giving history, make changes to your account, and update giving information.
